Adjusting your plan | Vulgate AI

Plans control how many seats, ingest credits, and storage your Organization has each month. You can change plans at any time — the change applies immediately and Vulgate calculates pro-rated charges automatically.

Open Billing settings

Sign in as an Organization Owner or Super Admin (only these roles can change plans).
Click Settings in the sidebar.
Open the Billing tab.

You'll see your current plan, current usage, and the next billing date.

Upgrade your plan

Click Upgrade in the Plan Summary section. You'll be redirected to the Plans page.
Review the available tiers. Each card lists seats, ingest credits, AI usage, and features included.
Click the tab for the plan you want (Starter, Standard, Premium, …) and then Upgrade to Plan name.
In the Change Plan popup:
- Pick an existing payment method, or click + New payment method to add a card.
- Review Due now — Vulgate pro-rates the charge based on time remaining in the current cycle and existing usage.
- Click Update plan (or Add card and update plan if you entered new card details).

The change takes effect immediately. Your new credit limits show on the Billing page seconds later.

Downgrade your plan

Same flow as upgrade, but pick a lower tier.

Cancel your subscription

To cancel a paid subscription, please contact info@vulgate.ai and we'll handle the cancellation for you.
